Amanda Puckett

C.O.O.

Amanda graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a degree in education and kinesiology. A former collegiate volleyball athlete at NNU, she has a lifelong passion for fitness, movement, and athletics.

While she may not always be the first face you see in the clinic, Amanda plays a vital role behind the scenes at P3 Physical Therapy & Performance. She brings over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, including serving as Chief of Operations for a global fitness organization. Her background also includes working as a fitness instructor and coaching high school athletics, giving her a well-rounded perspective on performance, leadership, and team development. At P3, she supports the clinic through operations and social media management, helping ensure the practice runs smoothly while maintaining a strong connection.

Trevor Sanderlin

Lead Therapist

Trevor has over 10 years of experience in physical therapy and more than 15 years in strength and conditioning. He brings a performance-driven, individualized approach to patient care, blending evidence-based treatment with principles of athletic development and injury prevention. A former collegiate baseball player at Grand Canyon University and a multi-sport athlete in high school, Trevor connects naturally with athletes and active individuals. He is passionate about helping patients move better, regain confidence, and return to the activities they value most through intentional, hands-on care and progressive movement strategies.

Rosa Ryan

Patient Care Coordinator

Born and raised in North Carolina, Rosa studied Education and Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and received a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University. Seeing clients when they first walk into the clinic, compared to after receiving physical therapy, along with working with great people are some of her favorite aspects of her role as Patient Care Coordinator. When she is not at the clinic, you can find her drawing, painting, reading, cooking, exercising or most importantly, spending time with her young children, especially outdoors.
